Withdraw your earned balance (from referrals) to your bank account or crypto wallet.

• Applies to both bank and crypto withdrawals

Withdrawal Methods

Bank Withdrawal

Step 1: Request Withdrawal

1. Go to Withdraw from the main navigation
2. Select "Bank Transfer"
3. Enter withdrawal amount (minimum $10)
4. Fill in your bank details:
   • Account Name
   • Account Number
   • Bank Name
   • Branch Name
5. Review your information
6. Click "Submit Withdrawal Request"

Step 2: Wait for Processing

• An admin will review your request
• Status updates:
  • Pending: Request submitted, awaiting review
  • Approved: Admin approved, ready for processing
  • Processing: Admin is sending funds
  • Completed: Funds sent, balance deducted
  • Rejected: Request rejected (with reason)

Step 3: Receive Funds

• You'll receive an email when withdrawal is completed
• Funds are sent to your bank account
• Your balance is deducted automatically

Crypto Withdrawal

Step 1: Request Withdrawal

1. Go to Withdraw from the main navigation
2. Select "Crypto"
3. Choose your chain:
   • Ethereum
   • Base
   • TRON
4. Choose your token:
   • USDC (USD Coin)
   • USDT (Tether)
5. Enter your wallet address
   • Address is validated automatically
   • Make sure it's correct for the selected chain
6. Enter withdrawal amount (minimum $10)
7. Review transaction fee:
   • Base: $0 (no fee)
   • TRON: $1.00 USD
   • Ethereum: $2.00 USD
8. Review total (amount + fee)
9. Click "Submit Withdrawal Request"

Step 2: Wait for Processing

• An admin will review your request
• Status updates same as bank withdrawal
• You'll receive email notifications at each step

Step 3: Receive Funds

• You'll receive an email when withdrawal is completed
• Funds are sent to your crypto wallet
• Transaction hash is provided (if available)
• Your balance is deducted automatically

Transaction Fees (Crypto Only)

• Base: $0 (no fee) - Recommended for lower fees
• TRON: $1.00 USD
• Ethereum: $2.00 USD

Note: Fees are deducted from your balance along with the withdrawal amount. Make sure you have sufficient balance.

Withdrawal Status

You can track your withdrawal status in Payment History:

• See all your withdrawal requests
• View status updates
• See admin notes (if any)
• View transaction details

Important Notes

• Balance Check: Ensure you have sufficient balance (amount + fee for crypto)
• Processing Time: Usually 24-48 hours for review and processing
• Email Notifications: You'll receive emails at each status change
• Transaction Details: Admin adds transaction hash (crypto) or receipt URL (bank) when completing
• Rejections: If rejected, you'll see the reason and can submit a new request
