Payment History
The Payment History tab in the dashboard shows a full log of all plan upgrade payments you have submitted.
What’s Shown
Each entry includes:
- Payment method (bank transfer, crypto, or USD balance)
- Amount submitted
- Plan being purchased
- Submission date
- Current status
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Submitted and awaiting admin review. Typically resolved within 24–48 hours. |
| Approved | Confirmed. Your plan was upgraded when this was approved. |
| Rejected | Could not be verified. Contact support if you believe this is an error. |
Pending Payment Count
The dashboard header shows the number of pending payments (if any) so you can monitor approval progress at a glance.
Issues with a Payment
If a payment is rejected or stuck in pending for more than 48 hours, contact support with:
- Your payment reference, transaction hash, or receipt
- The date and amount of the submission
