Q: When will DKT tokens be unlocked? A: DKT tokens will be unlocked in Q2 2026 when the platform launches.

Q: Can I transfer DKT tokens? A: No, DKT tokens are locked until the unlock date. They cannot be transferred or sold until then.

Payment Questions

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept bank transfers, crypto payments (USDC/USDT on Ethereum, Base, or TRON), and balance purchases.

Q: How long does payment approval take? A: Bank transfers are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. Crypto payments are automatic once confirmed on the blockchain.

Q: Can I use my referral earnings to buy plans? A: Yes! If you have sufficient balance, you can purchase plans instantly using your earned balance.

Q: What if I send the wrong amount for crypto payment? A: If you send less, you can send the remaining amount to the same address before the invoice expires. If you send more, contact support.

Q: What if I send crypto to the wrong chain? A: Unfortunately, payments sent to the wrong chain cannot be recovered. Always double-check the chain before sending.

Referral Questions

Q: How do I get my referral link? A: Go to Dashboard → Referral Dashboard and copy your unique link.

Q: How many levels can I earn from? A: It depends on your plan:

  • Free: 0 levels
  • Basic: 3 levels (L1-L3)
  • Pro: 4 levels (L1-L4)
  • Premium: 5 levels (L1-L5)

Q: When do I get paid for referrals? A: Commissions are added to your balance automatically when someone in your network purchases or upgrades a plan.

Q: Can I see who referred me? A: Yes, you can see your referrer in your account settings.

Q: What if someone uses my referral link but doesn't buy a plan? A: You only earn commissions when someone purchases or upgrades a plan, not just for signing up.

Withdrawal Questions

Q: What's the minimum withdrawal amount? A: The minimum withdrawal is $10 USD for both bank and crypto withdrawals.

Q: How long do withdrawals take? A: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours after admin approval.

Q: Are there fees for withdrawals? A: Bank withdrawals have no fees. Crypto withdrawals have fees:

  • Base: $0
  • TRON: $1.00
  • Ethereum: $2.00

Q: Can I cancel a withdrawal request? A: Contact support if you need to cancel a pending withdrawal request.

Task Questions

Q: How do I complete tasks? A: Read the task description, complete the activity, and submit your proof (screenshot, link, etc.).

  • Free: Free-tier courses only
  • Basic: Free + Basic courses
  • Pro: Free + Basic + Pro courses
  • Premium: All courses

Q: Can I download courses? A: Courses are streamed online and cannot be downloaded.

Q: Does my progress save? A: Yes, your progress is saved automatically as you watch.

Leaderboard Questions

Q: How often does the leaderboard reset? A: The leaderboard resets every 7 days (weekly).

Q: How are prizes awarded? A: Prizes are automatically added to your account at the end of each week.

Q: Can I see past leaderboards? A: Historical leaderboards are saved, but currently only visible to admins.

Technical Questions

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it? A: Go to the login page, click "Forgot Password?", enter your email, and follow the reset link.
